We are available for functions 7 days a week, including public holidays. Please ask us for details of weekend and public holiday rates.

Special Dietary Requirements

River House Catering will endeavour to assist you with any special dietary needs for your function.

We offer products which are gluten free, Halel, vegan and suitable for diabetics.

Confirmation Of Orders

We will contact you by phone or email once your order has been placed with us. Please contact us if you have not had a confirmation within 24 hours.

GST

All prices are inclusive of GST.

Delivery

We have a delivery charge from $15.

Surcharge

Weekends and public holidays will incur a surcharge.

Order Requirements

To assist us with our next day fresh bread orders please ensure that the catering requirements are ordered by 3pm the day before your function, otherwise we may have to adapt your order. We will notify you if this is the case.

Staffing & Equipment Hire

We have an exceptionally talented, professional, friendly and discreet team of staff available. They have been trained to take care of all the finer details so your function runs smoothly. They are also qualified for the responsible serving of alcohol and adherance to food preparation and serving standards.

We can also take care of any equipment needs that you may have such as crockery, cutlery and glassware, as well as tablecloths and marquees. The cost of these items will depend on your needs and numbers of guests. We are quite happy to give you a written quote.

Deposit

We require a 10% deposit for all functions $3000 and over to secure your booking. Also for functions $7000 and over we require an additional 15% deposit 2 weeks before the function date. Balance due 7 days from the date of invoice.

Cancellations

For small functions we require 48 hours notice.

For larger functions we need to plan in advance to book our excellent staff. If the function is cancelled within 1 week of the set date please be aware that staff costs and other associated preparations costs will be charged.

Same Day / Late Ordering

We will always try to accomodate late orders. Please contact us on 93919079, or if there is no answer on 0411 788 131.

Pricing Fluctuations

Please understand that price changes and variations to our menus may occur due to seasonal price fluctuations and availability of produce.

Broken Or Misplaced Equipment

Any broken or misplaced items shall incur a charge of the replacement cost. An invoice will be sent to you and a receipt on payment.
